Tariffs

All the cottages are very similar in design and fitting - they are also extremely versatile. They have been cleverly designed with a flexible "building-block" arrangement of rooms that allows us to add or subtract rooms and interconnect cottages according to the size of your party.

To determine the best cottage for your particular needs we advise that you contact us with your requirements and we will suggest the most appropriate cottage .

Booking Conditions

The Refectory (dining / meeting / party room to seat up to 26) - available with certain cottages.

WEEKEND HOUSE PARTIES - 3 nights. 3 interconnecting cottages, sleeping up to 18 or 22, with central dining/party room and separate kitchen - £1,950 or £2280 (not available during July and August).

Other party numbers - price on request.

Short break bookings are not taken for July and August until 3 weeks beforehand.

Z Beds are available at a charge of £20 per week (£15 per w/e break), if required for use in the sitting room.

Cots and high chairs are available on request.

We do not accept pets.

Weekend Breaks at Easter, Bank Holidays and half-terms are charged at High Season rates.
Christmas and New Year - price on application.
